1. The Service
Post Layer provides tools to create, schedule, and publish content across connected third-party platforms. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Connected platforms
When you connect a third-party platform account, you authorize Post Layer to access and perform actions (such as publishing or scheduling) on your behalf as permitted by that platform. Your use of each platform is also governed by that platform’s own terms and policies.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes (but is not limited to) attempting to disrupt the Service, accessing accounts without permission, or using the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create or upload. You grant Post Layer a limited license to host, process, and transmit your content only as needed to provide the Service.
6. Billing and trials
If you start a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial ends. After that, your subscription may renew automatically unless you cancel. Pricing, renewal, and cancellation details should match what is shown on your pricing page and checkout.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Third-party platforms may change APIs or policies, which can affect features.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Post Layer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date above.
